The Dream Crochet 2025 Winter Accessories
The right accessory can elevate an outfit, and during colder months, they serve an extra & special function by helping you keep warm. This year, I’ve made it a point to revisit previous concepts and make new designs for them that fit the vibe I’m going for now. The fun part is seeing what comes to mind and how I can revamp them in surprising ways. All the possibilities!
These are some of my favorite crochet winter accessories!
Crochet hand muffs are entirely at the top of my “must make more of” list this year. They're so cozy and stylish and perfect for when it gets chilly, and you need to keep your hands warm. I reimagined a crochet romper and frogged it into a muff. It's fully lined with faux fur fabric and a cool chain link that hangs around the neck.
Knee-high crochet socks feel so good and look so good, too. I used granny squares and extended socks for extra coverage, so when I still want to wear shorts or skirts, the socks keep me warm (& cute!) Crochet arm cuffs add that extra bit of flourish to a look. I love how it’s disconnected and yet matches the top. It creates a unique silhouette that’s eye-catching. These arm cuffs have ruffles, which give them a bit of whimsy, and I also like cuffs that extend for the thumbs to poke through.
In the video, I’m crocheting a chunky scarf, and it has a nice weight to it. When I wear this, I feel practical (which is always good!) and fashionable with a handmade touch.
My bags tend to be a little bigger during this time because I seem to have more things to carry. Sometimes, those things are more accessories, so having the space is very helpful. The Preale Crochet Sweater bag is one of my favorites because it goes well with so many of my clothes.
