A Reintroduction into Sophistication Dreamwear by The Dream Crochet
It can be difficult to stay focused on your Life when so many things are happening in the world. Crochet is the creative space that gives me inspiration, a sense of peace, and purpose, but lately I’ve been feeling set in a place. So whenever that happens, I know it’s time for a creative shift, and that’s how the idea of the concept of Sophisticated Dream wear structure.
I’ve grown in so many ways since I first started, and I really want my style and what I crochet to reflect that. I’m being drawn to go back to basics, (keep it simple) while still implementing a flair for the details. A more down-to-earth and sophisticated style that can be dressed up or down to your heart’s delight. Right now, this is what feels the most organic to me.
I’ve already started creating some items based on this new concept, and I have more planned. Clothes and accessories that fall in line with Sophisticated Dream wear. I’m using subtle colors, clean patterns, monochromatic pieces, and a minimalistic approach overall. My goal is to crochet with a conscience, as I remain committed to sustainability and sensible remakes. It feels like a brand new start, and it’s been very fulfilling personally and professionally.
I’m preparing to launch The Dream Crochet’s loungewear and The Dream Crochet Home, and the style will also be applied to those items as well. Classic handmade designs with of course a twist, featuring cozy sets, throws, accessories to crochet, & to crochet in. I’m hoping that this signature evolution of quality will always be present within design. So this fresh new venture will hopefully broaden my horizons and inspire others to Dream as big as possible.
I’ve got so many ideas for a more Sophisticated Dreamwear, and I trust that even more will come the more I work on the concept. Thanks for coming along for the ride, and I wish you well!
